Dangerous Dreams - What's an ebook?
What's an ebook?:

An ebook is a book produced in an electronic format. Ebooks are read on computers and handheld devices such as Palm, Pocket PC, Franklin eBookman, and Hiebook.

What do I get when I buy an ebook?

You get a file that is an electronic copy of the book. Virtually all ebooks are bought and delivered over the internet. Most ebooks are published in several formats so you need to know which format you need before you buy.

Ok, how do I pick the format?

Well, if you have a computer with Windows and want to read your ebook on it, I strongly recommend the Microsoft Reader. It's FREE and provides a very "book like" reading experience. Plus, it's super simple to use. You can get it by clicking on this link:

Microsoft Reader: Download Now

Just for your information, Microsoft Reader files are .lit files.

or...

For all computers I also recommend the Adobe Acrobat Reader. It's FREE also. You probably already have this reader but if not you can get it at:

Acrobat
Reader: Download Now

Just for your information, Adobe Acrobat Reader files are .pdf files.
So this is easy, right?

Yep. Step 1, download the FREE Microsoft Reader. Step 2, buy the ebook in Microsoft Reader format (.lit). Step 3, follow the download instructions. Step 4, READ!

or... For Acrobat: Step 1, download the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader (if you need it). Step 2, buy the ebook in Acrobat Reader format (.pdf). Step 3, follow the download instructions. Step 4, READ!

I have a handheld, now what?

No problem. Please visit the ebook site from the site index links in the upper left of this page. There you will find all kinds of other readers you can use!
